Both salamis are made from pasture-raised lamb, raised without antibiotics, hormones, or harmful chemicals, and hand-crafted in small batches. The result is a refined, lighter salami—full of flavor, never greasy, and unmistakably unique.

Finocchiona: Pasture raised lamb, Sea Salt, fennel seed, garlic, sugar, spices, lactic acid starter culture, potassium nitrate and casing. The weight of each handcrafted salami will vary. Refridgerate after opening.
