• Local Artisan Flatbread Crackers made by Accidental Baker

  • Handmade and packaged in small batches at our family bakery in Hillsborough, NC.  They take pride in craftsmanship, using only the finest ingredients like Locally Milled Flour, Sea Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil and never use additives, preservatives or animal products.  Naturally, their crackers are Free From GMO's (genetically modified organisms). Six varieties of Artisan Flatbread Crackers are available in over two hundred-fifty retail and restaurant locations mostly along the East coast.

Why Sun Raised Foods Lamb?

Sun Raised Foods lamb is raised on the protected pastures of North Carolina solar farms. Our farms are Animal Welfare Approved (AWA) meaning the animals are raised humanely on grass with plenty of space with less stress. No antibiotics, hormones or toxic chemicals are used on our lamb or their pastures. The result is lamb that is healthier, more tender with a wonderful flavor, high in omega 3 fatty acids and essential amino acids.
