Owners Sam and Alyce Ratchford have built Vidalia into one of the High Country’s favorite farm-to-table restaurants, known for showcasing the best of North Carolina ingredients in a relaxed yet upscale setting. For this one-night event, Vidalia will feature locally raised lamb from Sun Raised Foods paired with a curated selection of traditional Greek wines. Guests will enjoy a multi-course dinner inspired by Greek flavors while learning about local agriculture and the farmers behind the food. Sun Raised Foods works with North Carolina farmers raising Animal Welfare Approved pasture-raised lamb, producing flavorful meat without hormones or antibiotics and supplying restaurants across the state.

The evening will be a fun opportunity to meet fellow food lovers, learn about local farming, and experience how regional ingredients pair with classic Greek wines—all while enjoying an unforgettable meal in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
