Snack Size Tarte Flambee

350g flour
2dl water
10g yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 cup of sour cream
2 shallots
1 Creamy White cheese
100 gram Lamb Salami
Salt and pepper


Dissolve the yeast in water and stir in the olive oil. Add the flour a little at a time into a mass. Add salt and knead about 5-7 minutes. Leave to rise an hour on the kitchen table.

Roll the dough out thinly and plug small circles out. You can also full sized versions and simply cut out after baking.

Grease the bottom with sour cream and spread thinly sliced nions and cubes of Lamb Salami. Add slices of Creamy White cheese, salt and pepper.

Bake at 250 degrees for about 10 minutes - or until it has taken color and the cheese has melted.
